Personal projects are greatly underrated. I believe they are the very foundation of every commercial artist's career.
Time and again when I think about how I arrived at what I am today as an artist, I realize PERSONAL WORK has always been the motor, the secret sauce and the reason for my humble success. Doing work for me, without thinking on audience, reach, compensation or any other external element.
