I often wake up early, as you might know. It's on those moments that I just want to draw whatever comes out of my pencil. And it's also then that I often do my best work. Personal stuff that might have no apparent goal, but will become something later on.
5:30 AM characters

This is an example of such exercises; it has become a collection of characters I really enjoyed making. Not sure I will use them for something but what I just wanted to try out how it would work to use a fixed proportion distribution for the bodies; the head being roughly half the body, with the hips coming to 1/2 of the lower half of the body.
